“NEEDS AND BARRIERS IN DIDACTICS OF MATERIALS ENGINEERING”
12 MAY 2022
The seminar will be devoted to the opportunities and threats of material engineering didactic in selected European universities. We will give participants a chance to cooperate and discuss different approaches in developing new or modifying existing materials science and materials engineering curricula.
The aim of the seminar:
- provoke discussion about contemporary issues and trends in materials science and engineering education,
- build an approach to interdisciplinary education in the field of materials engineering taking into account the challenges of the modern labor market,
- build an international community to share ideas, resources, and best practices for teaching materials engineering.
Seminar will be held in a hybrid form with
