On March 17, 2023, the 1st National Day of Materials Engineering ODIM 2023 was organized at the Institute of Materials Engineering. As part of this event, the institute’s employees and doctoral students prepared a series of lectures and workshops on materials engineering. In the afternoon, a Material Family Picnic took place, where participants could take part in outdoor games and workshops. During the lectures, the project team presented the results and progress of the “Materials Science Ma(s)ters” project, which focuses on developing a new master’s degree program. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss the program’s objectives at a dedicated booth, available throughout the event.
