Transnational project meeting at the Café IRO, AKU, Turkey
On May 15-16, 2024, a transnational project meeting was held in person at Café IRO, AKU, Turkey. The meeting commenced with a welcome talk, during which the schedule for the study meeting was presented.
The participants began by evaluating the conference that took place on May 14, 2024, at Afyon Kocatepe University, Riza Cercel Cultural Centre, Afyonkarahisar. This evaluation provided valuable insights and reflections on the previous day’s events.
Following this, there was a discussion on IO3, focusing on the project methodology and finalizing the associated tasks. A workshop on “Project Management through Lean Management Application” was conducted, offering practical insights and techniques.
Experts shared their industry and project experiences, enriching the discussions with their knowledge and perspectives. The meeting concluded with an industrial visit to a marble production facility, providing participants with a hands-on understanding of the industry.
This transnational meeting was a productive and insightful session, contributing significantly to the progress and development of the project.
