We hosted a successful workshop on “Project Management through Lean Management Application,” attended by project members from Ivan Franko National University, Lviv, Ukraine; University of Silesia, Poland; University of Zilina, Slovakia; and Afyon Kocatepe University, Turkey, where the workshop was held.
Participants explored lean management fundamentals, including value stream mapping and continuous improvement, and gained practical insights from real-world case studies across various industries.
The workshop provided valuable knowledge and tools for project managers, team leaders, and process improvement specialists. Attendees left equipped with strategies to enhance their project efficiency. We are thrilled with the positive feedback and look forward to future events.
