MSM on Science Picnic of the Young Explorer Clubs from the Silesian region, May 25 2024
On Saturday, May 25 2024, a Science Picnic was held at the university campus in Chorzów (University of Silesia n Katowice, Poland), summarizing the activities of the Young Explorer Clubs from the Silesian region. Youth not only presented their achievements and project implementation, but also invited them to stands where they demonstrated various experiences and effects of the year’s work. Additional attractions prepared for the Picnic participants included a lecture with demonstrations conducted by Dr. Marcin Łaciak, who quite literally raised the tension of the Club members, and a field game thanks to which the guests could learn about famous scientists and the university campus. Good company and a friendly atmosphere resulted in great fun. During the Picnic, science and educational opportunities were promoted through joint activities and projects, including our Materials Science Masters project.
